I love the theatrics of this music video. The beginning where she sits silently and just gets the server to pour glass after glass after glass while she looks the man sitting across from her right in the eyes with such satisfaction.

What A Gem

Yesterday I jumped back into photography and styling. I have put down the camera for long enough. Greta has been awesome to work with. I was wandering the interwebs when I came across this beautiful crystal mask that Bjork had worn. I wanted to do this for a costume for a party or a photo shoot some time. I absolutely fell in love with the idea. I went out an bought a stupid amount of rhinestones I could use eyelash glue to stick to someones face... Looking for a model Greta Kooy volunteered right away. Greta has modeled for me on two other occasions previous to this and she has been wonderful to work with. Here is the outcome thus far.

I Was Not Blessed With The Gift Of Grace...

I was enroled in dance lessons, and my grandmother try as she might, failed to instill that quality.

 

i would love to do a series like this. it is so candid but beautiful, and i adore how desaturated the image is. it is so delicate and soft.

Tim Walker is BY FAR one of the best photographers ever, and his set designer and stylists are amazing aswell!

the plot, the emotions, the styling was brilliant. the sets were to die for. oh how i miss london! most of all i think that all though i didn't like the unhappy ending, it was well written. xxx
